Be sure to take Calcium with Magnesium. Together they can be helpful for preventing Osteoporosis, Anxiety, PMS, and supporting heart and muscle function. You may want to choose Calcium Citrate, as it is easily absorbed and avoid Calcium Carbonate. Take 750-1000mg daily, but not all at once. Try 250-600mg/dose as higher doses may not be absorbed as efficiently.
As for Magnesium, try 250-500 mg per day of Elemental Mg or 1000 mg of Magnesium Citrate. If you develop loose stools, decrease your Magnesium. There are many supplements that combine Calcium with Magnesium together as they are both needed to support bone.
