Depends where you are in the world. In the US we're on season two repeats, episode 4 and 5 were just replayed. In the UK I believe they're on the first run of season 2. But like someone else said, you can watch some of the episodes online at abc.com. It's free, you just have to have high speed internet.

Why don't you wait till October 3rd and get season 2 on dvd. That is the release date! abc.com was showing them on their site. But you do know the season ended in May? Its now reruns till fall.

LOST is now showing re-runs, so you could probably go to a friends house to view the shows you missed when it was NOT on re-run.
