on juventus and ac milans strip just above the team badge they have a red green and white target , what does this mean ? they have won the treble or something !?

It is the "scudetto" (with italian flag colours) worn by the team who won the last italian championship. So in Italy we don't say who won the championship that year but we usualy say who won the scudetto in xxxx

The current & defending Serie A champions will have their Italian flag display on their jersey above their team badge.

they coppa italia holder. and only one team in one season would have that mark. but be alert, if it a circle :coppa italia, if it's like a shiled then it's scudetto.
