How does a 34 year-old woman fall for a 13 year old boy? What kind of connection could they possibly have?

It's hard to say, really, since society has 2 totally different standards for this type of crime. If you reversed the ages, and Fulaau was 34 to Mary Kays 13, you could be sure their love story would not have been featured in People magazine after she came of age & they married. Personally, I think that an adult woman who is attracted to a 13 year old to the point that she does what Le Tourneau did (cause, remember, it wasn't just her & him, she had a husband & kids & a job she threw away), there's got to be something wrong there, a serious self esteem issue at the very least.

I in simple terms considered that on television i imagine Mary must have lost her pastime yet i don't believe of she hsould have went to reformatory. She did not rape him becuase he became prepared. i'm no longer saying that is generic or some thing i'd propose to someone to do yet I easily have defeneder her antagonistic to human beings previously.

They have been together for a very long time so I guess it is meant to be. Soul mates or whatever. I mean, he could have left her anytime to be with some younger chick and he didn`t.
