It seems you've asked this question more than once....why not try looking in the mirror?
People (women) don't only respond to external appearance, they respond to personality and character.
Are you a good person? Are you funny? Are you a good friend? Do you care about other people?
Even an average person can look spectacular, if they have a great personality. The eyes are controlled by the mind, so if your mind tells you someone is a great person, your eyes might shift to think they are more attractive than previously thought. Plus beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Maybe you are very good looking, but you just don't see it. I'm a woman, and I don't think I'm drop dead gorgeous...no matter what the male population may think. So technically, we're in the same boat.
The difference is...I don't let it bother me. Life is too short to worry about something so trivial. I'm just happy that my man thinks I'm attractive and it gives my ego a little boost when other guys tell me the same. Take it as a compliment, like I do. There's nothing wrong with a little ego boost now and then.

Be attractive has nothing to do with good looking. Somebody can be attractive for many reason. Maybe the way you laugh, the way you act, the way you talk, the way you smile, the way you look at a woman. That's attractive.

The same reason almost any girl is attractive to an 18 year old guy. It's a sexual peak thing.
It's also a self-image thing. Work on yours.

Women are less shallow than men usually, and are therefore attracted strongly to personality, humor, charm, and confidence. Nothing wrong with that.
Or maybe they think you are good looking and you are just trying to be modest. :)
