your camera came with a cord--
plug one end into the USB port of your PC, and the other into your camera.
Make sure all your windows are minimized so you can see when the upload window pops up.
Follow the directions and you're home free.
(I didn't have to load any software. I just plugged the camera in)

Tons of questions to be asked on this one. What Kinda of Camera? Did it come with a docking station? How about a USB cable? If your camera came with a docking station you need to hock it up to the computer, follow the instructions for setting up the software for the docking station. If it came with just a cable that you should be able to plug it into the computer and download them. Yes if your computer came with a media slot you can insert it there but I doubt it will even match since there are numerous forms of media cards. You could take your chip to wal-mart have them burn it to CD and then you could copy and past them into your computer. I don't know what you have a I can't really help you any more than what I have.

The software will have to be loaded onto the computer. Then you hook up the cable to your usb port, turn the camera on and follow the instructions in your camera wizard software. At least this is the way I do it. I have a pc. It may be different on a mac.

If your camera has a memory stick and your computer has a media slot for a memory stick, you should just be able to plug the memory stick into the media slot and download the pictures. If your computer does not have a memory stick slot, you could alway plug a USB cable into your computer and your camera and download the photos that way.

In all digicams (digital cameras) you get a USB plugs, which one end has to be connected to the digicam while the other end to your pc. You also need a xxxx (your digicam make) cd in which a program is there in. Install it ... and you'll (you might) get what you want.

either take the chip out and it goes into a space in the printer or get a USB plug connecter.
