Try Desquacrem by Sothys France. I've been using it for the past 2 1/2 years and it's great. You can actually extract the blackheads a lot easier after you washed your face with the cleanser.

Use a cleanser and toner to clean the skin and refine your pores. Also, Microdermabrasion minimizes blackheads immediately.

Don't use Clearasil. It didn't work for me either. I even tried the stuff that is supposed to clear them up in 3 days but that didn't even work. Try Biore toner. Wash your face with soap and then use that.

oil of olay toner.
you wash your face with bar soap[I use dove]
and then put the toner on your face to get the leftover soap off as well as the oil in the pores.

be faithful and you will have a shiny clean face

I use Spectro Jel (its over the counter). I've noticed my face is alot clearer now that I'm using regularly.
