Why do people care so much what celebrities do...there just people!?

I agree. Who CARES if they eat at McDonalds, or if the use a freakin' PORTA-POTTY F.C.O.L.!?!! Just leave them alone! So what if they pick their noses? Who doesn't? (If you have no choice, I mean) Who CARES if the carry thier own groceries to their cars. It's called LIVING people, celebs do that, too!!!

I personally am not one of those people, I agree with you. I actually have met or know several celebrities and some are great people, while other are asses, just like the rest of us. I think it is just a stage teenagers go through to feel more connected to their idols.

I have no idea, most people just do that so people will thing they're are cool or something. Then the ask dumb questions on Yahoo!Answers like what is so and so's e-mail address. I kind of wierd if you ask me.

because they are interesting people. normal people love seeing how much their houses cost... what clothes they wear... their kids names...its just something people enjoy reading about. normal people aren't as interesting as celebs. come on would a normal person name their kid pilot inspektor ? would a normal person buy a 4 million dollar manshion? or wear real manolo blahniks and dolce and gabanna? no its nice to imagine what it would be like and its nice to have a look in their life. i like reading the gossip about celebrities its just fun. and its like high school like dramma and gossip and rumors its something to read.

Because people think they "know" them just because they see them on tv. They think they have a right to butt into other peoples business

and people are obsessed with fame.
