P0300, is random missfire code, some or all cylinders are missfireing once in awhile, enuff for the ecm to pick up, you replaced most of the ign. system so most likely vacumn leak or fuel injector or fuel syply problem. If you had scan tool you could see which cylinders are misfiring and when.....Intake gaskets are common vacumn leak with that engine

Not sure what you mean by a "ses" and" p300". Is this a check engine lite and a code you pulled from the ecm?
Anyway, that miss you are feeling, did you check the cap and rotor? Even a hairline crack will cause this same "miss" on low rpms. Had the same problem with my Corvette a week ago, bad rotor.
Your problem sounds like an electrical breakdown to me.
Good luck
