That sounds more like a fuse to me because turn lights and hazard lights are NOT on the same flasher

Flasher is built into the hazard switch, right in middle of dash, its the button you press to turn on hazards, if you play with button, they may start working again, but may not

Sounds like a flasher - should be right on your inboard (under the dash, versus in the engine compartment) fuse panel. It should also be designated in your "maintenance" section of your owner's manual.
