Research does not mean production.

You watch a couple of promiscuous teenagers and then suggest that they are not ready for the risks of their behavior, then they respond, "Its just recreational sex, we're not making babies." But as they engage in the unprotected actions that 'make babies', we say, that's their risk, not ours. But when the baby comes and they discover they have no health insurance, then the cost of the delivery plus any complications is bourne by the public. When they realize they have no income for home or food or diapers even, then they use our social support services and again the public is paying for their indiscretion.

Iran's nuclear "research" is far beyond research, it is production. Iran is not playing a game, they are deadly serious that this deadly weapon is "A gift from Allah" and its primary purpose is to enact the removal or distruction of Israel. What then of other countries that cross them? They also would be happy to use it against the US, from their own public admissions. Playing games with words like "research" is as stupid as Chamberlain waving a piece of paper with Hitler's signature and saying he has secured "peace in our times." This is not some serendipitous inquiry where they might come to a point down the road and say, "Hey, this could really be dangerous!" They know already, which is why they are doing it, they want to be dangerous. After all, that is why the arsenals of the US and Russia were so full before we started dismantling after the Cold War, each was saying to the other, "Back off" Iran's research is not to make others "back off" but so that they can "go forward".
