Babysitting is what I was doing for a job at 14. Every summer my mom put a ad in the paper and made me do it. If your not into watching kids check maybe you can find some older people that need some extra help cleaning, yard work or running errends for them.

I think it is great that you want to be working already at 14. You should talk to your parents about it maybe they can help you find something too.

Good luck to you!!!!

I worked as a caddie for a golf club. It makes you get up real early but it is great money and you can be in the sun all day. I honestly could make anywhere from 100.00-300.00 per day on average. I use to work from 6:00-3:00 and once you are there for a while you get regulars and can schedule your days worked by appointments!!!!!!!!! The earnings may be alot more now but as a female doing that 13 years ago was good money! hope this helps.

if you like dogs find a place that does dog grooming. I've seen young teens there doing the dog washing, brushing, feeding etc.

ditto for stables

if you're in a farming community, pick vegetables.

babysitting - but first go get your CPR and First Aid certification if you can

if you swim - work on getting your lifeguard cert for next year
