No, seriously, the mixture you describe is fine but if its not working what is the point? Have you tried Nicotine Gum or patches? I think the best thing is just to eat or drink something you really like, that way you actually are replacing the cigarettes with something you enjoy. You might put on a little bit of weight at first but not too much and then it will return to normal as you get used to not smoking. This worked for me after 15 years of smoking!

If you really want to stop smoking and get rid of the craving, visit a no smoking clinic either at your doctors surgery or you may find one at your local hospital. The oils that you are using are not safe at that mixture and the lemon oil can be very very strong. A good safe ratio is if you use 10ml of base oil, divide the figure 10 by 2, giving you of course 5, then add only 5 drops of oil in total. But really go to see your doctor and tell him or her that you want to stop smoking and they will help you.

Try ear acupuncture. I know many people who no longer crave nicotine after a course of treatment. You can search the web for an acupuncturist near you.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist(including aromatherapy) How are you using these,Are you putting them in your bath or in an inhaler. I think you need some guidance in essential oils and there uses. E mail me but give me your full e mail address for a reply.
