seeing's how they are BOTH from Mass-of-two-sh**ts, it COULD be a tie. Both "men" are from wealthy families and have NEVER worked a friggin' day in their sorry lives. Teddy, WHEN he shows up for "work", is usually 3 sheets to the wind. Just listen to an audio when he was on the house and no one was there, he kept saying "Hello? Hello? Teddy's inbred clan made their fortune dishonestly by being bootleggers. They all get away with murder and we all KNOW they get away with murder. Soo, maybe NOT Teddy. AND he is NOT allowed on Nantucket anymore because of unpaid bills, yup he REALLY cares about "the people" Lets look at Live Shot Kerry....

Mmmm, marries money. When a richer, crazier woman comes along, he dumps the frump and marries the nut. He owns multi-million mansions through out the country, plays on Nantucket Island when he SHOULD be WORKING, he has one of the poorest attendance records for a Senator, his absent for his "party" when critical votes on things like GAY MARRIAGE come up. Just so he won't look like a hypocrit that can't make up his mind " I was FOR it before I was AGAINST it" ( and they think GW sounds dumb!) He had a fire hydrant removed from his street in Boston so TERAZAAHHH could park her Mercedes or SUV, which ever she felt like driving that day....and DON'T get me STARTED on the Purple Heart story. Speaking of which, why di dhe NEVER allow his service record made public??? .So, actually it CAN'T be Live Shot..

I'd say Kennedy. He's committed manslaughter; he was twice caught cheating in college, resulting in expulsion; his highest rank in the military was E-1 (Private); his reputation is of being a public drunk; he's been seen often pawing and groping women in public; it's common knowledge he's been unfaithful to his wives; his wealth came from illegal behavior... he acts like the guy who doesn't get invited to parties because he pinches women's butts. drinks until he pukes, and ends up passed out on the floor.

This behavior may lead an uninformed person to believe Kennedy was social alcoholic mess, a loser, white trash scumbag...

but no, Kennedy is one of the most beloved, most powerful Democrat Senators.
