For e-mail, you will need the song saved on your computer. Go to write/compose on your e-mail server, and find the "attach" command. Browse until you find the song, and put as an attachment to the letter. The problem may be that many e-mail servers will not allow files over a certain size to be sent or received. Good luck!

Yes, on your email page it will say attach file. Just use the browse button to find the song you wish to attach and double click on it. You will see the file location and name appear in the empty space for attached files; next press the attach button. It will attach the file to your email (this may take some time depending on the file size & speed of your computer). Once the file is attached your computer will let you know. Now just send as an email.

You can send movies to friends (those just have to be Quicktime). Things like that though take up a bunch of the oter person's mail space.

Yes, you can usually... MP3 files are usually small enough to attach in an email, but most email servers limit your file size, so it will depend on your email provider.

Sure, just record it as an MP3. Um, you are new at this, aren't you?
