Platypus- don't tell me what I do and don't remember. I even told my mom and she said that that was right. I remember being around a coffee table with my older brother, and my mom and grandma sitting down. I wanted so much to pull up and walk, because everybody was doing it. So I pulled up, walked a couple steps, then my brother pushed me down and laughed. My grandma was so proud...but my mom was angry at my brother.

I'm not sure if it's from actual memory or from seeing the photograph. I was about 4. I had chili stains on my shirt & I was afraid they would show up in the picture.

Sitting in a high chair when I was little and remember roaches trying to climb up the chair legs while I was eating breakfast. It was a very bad memory which is why I probably remember it better than most things at the age of 1-3 yrs old!

I can remember pieces of all sorts of things, but not the order in which they occurred.
I remember my mother being pregnant with my sister, and I was just a little over 1 year. I have vivid memories of where we lived, our dog, relatives who visited gifts from the mail box from Grandma, and Grandpa, "helping" my father work on his yellow car with my plastic tool set, being afraid of the cat monster that lived under my bed, clothes I wore, people smoking cigarettes while shopping at K-mart, wearing cloth diapers, my babysitter, and her husband, all kinds of things.
I think that most people probably do have memories from that far back, but aren't able to place them in chronological order in their mind.
I don't think it's odd at all, but you're right, most people do think it's odd.

This might sound perverted but it is my first memory. The next door neighbour came by to look at my 2 year old self, i was lying down
and she was on all fours looking at me. But all I could remember was her loose (80's) t-shirt and the dangling jiggles inside.

I can remember when I smoked my first joint. Everything before and after that is a blur. ;-) p.s. Clean and Serene for 1 1/2 years now!

your brain is not albe to remember anything before the age of 3-4. You dont remember this happening, someone probably told you this happened and so you think you remember it.
