Wash your pillows every two days helps. Lets say you wash it today. Tomorrow night flip it over and use the other side. Then wash it the next day. If it is really bad, talk to your doctor and he/she may put you on something to help control it.
I saw that ProActive was mentioned. Be careful with this stuff. I know people that swear by this stuff and it works for them. For me however, it didn't work. It made my acne worse and it made my skin severely inflamed. None of it cleared up until I stopped using it.

use face wash(a good one) 3 times a day and use a cleanser even the scars will fade off eventually and eat some antibiotics that helps get rid of some really infectious acne.

No clue. But I know you can get rid of the redness by applying some anti-redness Visine with a cottonball.

Evening Primrose pills to swallow....lots of green tea...cut out all junk and fizzy drinks and wait for that first love..
You will grow out it soon enough...help yourself by drinking lots of water and eating good food..

Isoprople rubbing alchohol,but dont get crazy with it cause you dont want your skin to dry out to much.Just apply it to tissue or napkin and moisten your spots that require tit.
