I am working with a BPO. I was from a non tech background and when there was a chance for promotion I was shifted to a tech process.I had to start from the scratch and that makes me go wild.

You should reconsider if this was a good career move for you. Give it some time and see if you can make the transition. Learning a new job always presents challenges. The worst that can happen is that you learn new skills that will help you to find a new and better job if you decide to leave.
