Yes this happens to alot of girls...i mean it depends on the body shape as well for example my waist is very small and my butt is huge and my thighs or big too so for my waist i can wear a size 2!!! and cuz of my bottom i have to wear a size 3/4....its kinda annoying right??

Your hip bones are the way that they are going to be and you might not be able to get them down smaller. I have very little fat on my hips, my butt is a nice size and my stomach is flat but I wear a size 6 to 8. There is nothing that you can do with the bones.

Stretch marks are permanent and there is nothing you can do. But over time, they will fade. I went to a plastic surgeon and had mine removed with a laser. They have them that is made specifically for that reason.

Yes. I'm a size five six, and sometimes I lose and nothing fits. It goes up and down. Sometimes I'll stay small for more than a month. I kinda hate being that skinny where everything is baggy. As for the stretch marks you can't get rid of them, but you can soften them with cocoa butter.

I have dealt with this my entire life. My waist has always been a smaller size than my hips and thighs, especially after having kids. Nothing will remove stretch marks. Mederma will lessen them.

Yes, when I loose weight I tend to loose the most on my waist and encounter the same problem.

Stretch marks: the only thing that could REMOVE them is laser surgery.

This is very common. Either keep on shopping for the "right" jeans OR get yourself a good tailor. He/she will be able to give you a perfect fit.
