i think slipknot is one of the best hardcore metal new bands around..and everyone in the band is extremelly talented,especially correy(the singer) and joey(one of the greatest drummers of all time). but a lot of people say bad stuff about them,that they influence kids badly and stuff(which sooo doesn't happen coz they're not satanists or anything..).. and if so, so do rappers!!! uh..i don't get it, anyway, what do u think about that?

they put on a good live show and joey is a badass drummer.as for corey check out the stone sour cd it is very good.

Didn't care much for their first albums, but the newest one (Vol.3 - The Subliminal Verses) was VERY good. They've gotten better at balancing their brutality with higher technical skill and creating songs with better structure. Their best album by a mile.

slipknot is definitely 1 of my fav bands. not many ppl wud say tht but theyr up ther on my list along wit lamb of god, dimmu borgir, devil driver, cradle of filth etc. ppl say theyr sellouts in the metal world. their music rocks thts all tht counts. \m/ \m/ cnt spell crap without rap

I love their music... but I can't get myself to buy their stuff simply because of the way they look. (Big phobia of people in masks here.) If it weren't for that, they'd easily be my favourite band.
