If one sequence keeps on repeating in the peptide chain , mention howmany times it repeats.If there are 2 or more seperate chains involved , then mention sequences of all of them.Please mention prosthetic groups if any & how many.

What species are you looking for, because there are slight variations in different species. The link below gives a roundworm hemoglobin, and you can use the same database for myoglobin.

There are several places online to retrieve amino acid sequences of proteins. Using the National Institutes of Health database at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed you can search for protein amino acid sequences. Pull down the "Search" menu and select "Protein" and then type in the particular protein you want. I would add "homo sapiens" to the protein name, if you're after the human protein sequence.

Myoglobin has a single polypeptide chain, but hemoglobin has two copies each of two different chains, called alpha and beta. You should be able to find those sequences from here...
