I have hust updated to Broadband option 1 and have problems when I want to send/receive in Outlook Express. Although I am already connected to the web, the connection box pops up and doesn't like being cancelled, it doesn't even have the right password. The connection is not required. Furthermore because it keeps on popping up I can not send or receive via Outlook Express. This box also pops up at other times while on the net. How do I get rid of it permanently please?

Open up internet Explorer.

Press on tools in the top bar, then press on connections.

Below that is a list of options.

Click 'Never dial a connection'

Click apply, then ok, then try outlook...

Should be fine and dandy!

If not email me and I'll think more....
