Mel Gibson has like 8 kids. I don't think there are many gay men that can say the same thing.
He's also drawn the ire of quite a number of Gay and Lesbian sensitivity groups for his anti-gay sentiments.

Mel Gibson has a wife and family that he truly adores. coming out of the closet would be the last thing you would see Mel do. He is a believer in God, and the word of God. The word of God says it is a sin to lay with another man...

I would not believe that. Mel has been on a religious kick, that would definately rule-out homosexual activity on his part. Besides, he has lots of kids and a career. I don't think he has time to be gay too. And I'm sure that the tabloids would have caught him already by now if that was true.

The man is a true Christian with a wife and 7 or 8 kids. It is not likely that a man such as that would be gay. Especially considering how angry the gay community is with him for his anti-gay sentiments.

I think they were joking. The man has 7 kids and a wife he adores, not to mention an amazing career. If he were gay, why would he risk losing what he has to announce it publicly.
