Family is more important in the long run. When you make your love family then he rates up there also, but given the divorce rate the one thing that will be there your entire life is other members of your family.

You don't have to choose between one or the other. Love comes in many different ways. You can love your family and love your mate. Each one requires a different type of love.
No one person should feel torn between the two, if they are, they aren't setting proper boundaries for themselves and are feeling torn between the two. That's not what love is about.

i think its family....the first to reach u when ur down will be ur family...they know u best and will love u, no matter what....anyway this is my personal opinion.........
