I have a 2002 chevy Cavalier w/ about 100,000 miles on it. Recently, the car pulls forward whenever I turn on the air conditioning. The tachometer jumps up and down. Also, when I start the car, the tachometer has been up very high (around the 2 mark). I feel like sometimes the car is on the verge of stalling (tachometer very low, almost zero) and the car pulls when going up hills. The car is still drivable, but I don't want to get in an accident. Does anyone know what's wrong with it? I can't afford to really screw up my car. Any help would be appreciated. I have no one to ask for car advice and I don't want to get screwed by a auto repair place. Thanks!
