We all do it-even men. It's human nature to think that the grass is greener on the other side and most of the time it isn't.
I have that problem.

Because we keep looking at the door hoping something better is gonna come along. Most often we end up losing something good in the process. Its just human nature. We're all looking for someone, sometimes we find them, sometimes not. Its how we perceive things in our mind and in our hearts though. Often we're mislead by either.

How do you explain human nature. Hopefully the person who loved her will go back to her if she realizes her loss and makes a change.

she may have been burned in the past, so she is going to keep her guared up to protect herself. Keep telling her that you love her. She may want to know that you will still be there after she leaves. But don't wait around to long. If your attempts don't work after about a month...move on!
