a president oversees the CEO(cheif executive officer,oveersees the company its self), CFO(cheif financial officer, oversees the companys financial status and deals with funds), CMO(cheif marketing officer, which oversees commercial and advertising for the company).

The Chairman leads and directs the actions of the board by consensus. The CEO is the senior officer of the company and reports to the board. The President may also be the CEO manages the company from day to day.
