It really depends on the mole. I personally don't find the big hairy ones attractive on most people, however they work for Val Kilmer, who is very sexy. Also look at Cindy Crawford, I always put on the fake mole when I was younger, just like hers.

Hairy moles are scary but regular ones look ok. My family call them beauty spots.... how sweet :-)
