I would buy a Nokia phone if I were you. They seem to be the best. I have had bad experiences with Motorola. Good luck.

Any purchase should have a budget & you have not mentioned your budget on it.! Anyway, to my consideration you should go for Nokia. Their service is also good . It is also not clear to me what you mean by " type " ! Do you want to mean Candybar or Flip type ? Both are good . Anyway within Rs.12000/- you will get very good models like Nokia 6600 & 3230 & within Rs.17000/- you will get a great set -- Nokia 3250 .

Motorola phones are usually very reliable. And for service, I recommend sprint/nextel. I get excellent coverage with that service.

Provider wise I would go with Cingular. I personally do not like motorola because I have had problems with their phones.

properly, i am going to point a Sony Ericsson cellular telephone, that mark is the most proper for me. i'm utilising a SE W850i to browse the internet and many more effective.
