Someone forgot to teach your husband (when he was a very little boy) that it's important to always pull the foreskin back when washing himself. If it's causing him this much pain and bleeding it's time for him to see a doctor. If the 2 of you try to correct this yourselves he could end up in the ER. My first husband wasn't circumcised and his foreskin moved freely, no bleeding, etc.

be very careful as it sounds like he has a phimosis. this is where the foreskin will not retract over the glans penis easily.
if the foreskin should become trapped behind the glans penis and will not retract, he will need to see a urologist to relieve this medical semi-urgency as it could cause ltrauma if left untreated for extended periods of time

Hey is your husband really old enough
If he is he must have told you about this
also he must be a fool and not to have doiscussed this with u before mariage
divorce him and find u an other husband who is good andgood for this.
Also your husband is suffering from penile damage and that would cost about $5000 to put it right
anyway good luck
but avoid these questions in the room please

This is a condition called phimosis and it will not get better on it's own. He needs to see a doctor.
