I enjoyed watching the talent. Good talent ones. But I did not think Regis was the right choice for the host. It's just not his thing. They should have hired a comic for that part. It would have made it more interesting. The judges are great! Love Brandy and David. But I will probably keep watching. Just for s--t's and giggles.

I saw bits and pieces of it (the last hour or so) and some of the things I saw were actually pretty cool. It's not Simon Cowell though; it's some guy trying to be Simon.
I can't believe David Hasselhoff is working as a judge.

Why would you think anything with Regis Philbin would be good? He's one of the main reasons I didn't watch the thing. This is nothing new, anyway: back when I was a kid there was a show called "Ted Mack's Original Amateur Hour." Now, that was a hoot.

Simon Cowell is one of the producers of the show. Surprisingly poorly done. Some stupid acts sent through....some interesting acts not given a chance.

I thought it was alright. Some of the acts were entertaining, but most of them were a waste of time. It has good ratings because it's like American Idol, so expect it to be around for a while.
By the way my favorite acts were:
Sid the Kid (She's 8 years old!!)
The Rapping Granny (Hillarious)
That one girl who sang "I have Nothing" (Forgot her name)

Not the greatest......It seemed like a show of people with weird abilities that they perfected......some were entertaining and great for a circus attraction. Did not think a real talent was involved!!!!
Just my opinion!!! :-)

They aren't giving all of the contestants a fair shot sometimes.They will give them an "X" just because of their appearance right off the bat.

Nope! The ratings were surprisingly good though so it should be sticking around for the summer.

some of the acts weren't too bad but, I was like what's up with sending the 65 year old striper thru..??so wrong
