was it done by aliens?, what are those lines? why were they made? what purpose?

If you read Graham Hancocks' Chariots of the Gods, you will get an interesting insight into alien flight paths. These symbols could tell them over which land they were flying, or where a landing field might have been, now covered by jungle. Who knows! Aliens have been landing here on Earth for Centuries and some of them stayed here and blended in with our civilization!

What mystery? They form part of an ancient processional ritual, it is well documented now, there is junk spread all over the dessert there, it only takes a second or two to start another line, the surface is a different colour to the ground just millimetres beneath it.

No, it was done by the locals. They were made by scraping a little bit of soil off the top, the underlying soil is a different color. They are theorized to be part of ritual paths, offerings to the gods, possibly related to certain constellations marking particular dates/times.

No mystery.The ancient people were drawing pictures meant to be seen by their gods.
