Sabarmati Ashram is Located in Ahemdabad city of Gujarat State of India. Mahatma Gandhi spent most of his peaceful time here only after India being free from British Rule.

Sabarmati Ashram is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It was the home of Gandhi, the famous freedom fighter. It was where he lived while in Ahmedabad, and the starting point of his famous Salt March. Afterwards, he vowed he would not return until India won its independence, and since he was assasinated, he never returned.
