Just for the record,I would pick AJ Styles,Samoa Joe,Paul London,Edge,Christian,Christopher Daniels,Chris Jericho,Rey Mysterio,Brock Lesnar & Goldberg.

There was a guy in the indy circuit that blew my mind, by the name Twiggy Ramerez. I have not seen him in a long time but with his talent and Heyman's mind he would be a superstar in no time.
Samoa Joe and Scott Steiner could be one of the most outstanding and violent feuds in pro wrestling history if they were in ECW
Scott Norton was a beast in WCW and I havent seen hin in a while
Tajiri full time because he wasnt used properly in WWE
Steve Corino
Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley no reason needed
Chris Kanyon just look at his work in WCW as Mortis and himself
Raven. He ccould reform his flock and capture the ECW heavyweight title

I would go through the ranks of independent feds and bring in workers from there. Most of the old ECW guys are starting to slow down, the hardcore style DOES take its toll. They need fresh faces and new styles. Since its confirmed that ECW will simply be a "farm team" for WWE. They will be using workers from OVW and Deep South Wrestling (2 of WWE's training grounds) Theyll be slowly working them into ECW over the next few weeks.
