I would travel back to 1960's so I could live through 60s 70s and 80s. I would be a mod, then a punk and then possibly sleep through the 90s coz hey who wants to listen to take that again??

if i had the social status and the lifestyle to make myself comfortable i suspect 1590 - 1600 - in london - must have been one of the most exciting times in the history of the world to be around.

looking at just the last century though, i made good use of being a teenager in the 1960s - but it was such a rich period that i know i could have those ten years again and find as much to see, learn and do in them as i did the first time (though 1963 - 1973 would be my ideal timeslot). i don't think any of the decades i have lived through have been in any way a disappointment - but the 60s was a period no-one would ever be able to get enough of.

as antonioni appeared to be telling us in 'blow up'.

The late 60s or the 70s. The music.

Well it would have to be - the 60s......I would have loved to have been a hippy. I missed out on that, not being quite old enough. But I am still a kindof a flower child in my way.

Another good thing for me about going back to the 60s would be that my parents would be alive then.

Though my second choice would be the 20s.I think that was a fascinating time - in terms of the Charleston, the cute clothes and the development of women......

What about you?

I take it you mean a decade in the 1900's? Without a doubt I would choose the 1970's. I'd be a punk rocker in the late 70's and watch bands like the Sex Pistols perform live and cause chaos in London.

Very interesting question. I'd go back to the 90's because I had a great fun-filled love-filled decade. And you know what I'd do the same things all over again and make the same mistakes, because it made me who I am today and took me to where I am now, and I would not change that.

The 20's, I like all of that stuff with the Speakeasies, or the 60's for the short paper dresses, or the 80's when I was born.

1989-92 classic era... illegal raves, good tunes, nice summers!

15-18 it's the best time in most peoples lives... it has stuck with me...

i know this is not a true definition of the word decade! But...

friends that have come and gone... tasting life for real...

i wonder what some of them friends are doing now??? I always wonder!!!

i saw one friend a couple of weeks back i hadn't seen for 17 years... isn't it mad how things are?

memories...

oh thank-you for that question!
