A real man can go from tearing down a brick wall to changing a diaper to cooking a gourmet meal to having a tea party with a little girl to lifting a jerk off the ground by the throat to reading Dr Seuss to a child in the middle of a party to giving a naughty little women a spanking with no effort and not care what anyone else thinks.

A real man takes care of his family, provides what they need and want. He is respectful of himself and others. He never ever would raise a hand to harm any woman. He can be strong and protecting, but also sweet and nurturing. Eager to teach but also learn. Loves children and animals and willing to accept people for who they are, not who he thinks they should be.

That's a good sign. Guys who have to prove they're tough get boring. I agree. I'm a guy- tough when neccessary- but otherwise easygoing.
Having a life direction and dealing with others well in many dimensions helps, too.
