im going to the cape this wknd and i just got my nose pierced and i dont know if i should swim w/ it or not

Probably a pool would be okay, but I would worry about any other bodies of water because of contaminants. If you do decide to swim be very careful about cleaning the piercing as soon as possible afterward.

I've only had my ears pierced, but I don't see why not. I wouldn't recommend going off the diving board with it in, though. It might hurt when you hit the water.

yes, swimming with a nose ring is fine. if anything it will clean it (if your in a pool)

arms & legs are better to use when swimming i dont think your nose ring will give you enought speed to stay afloat
