You know something called "The judgement day".On that day it will be the end of earth.If you reverse the rotation the first thing that will happen is the earth will be a HELL.Mankind will be wiped out and every living form will loose it's exixtence.

Other than the sun rising in the west and setting in the east, what would be obvious is that the north and south poles would change places. A compass would point opposite to what it does at present.

the sole effect of the rotation of earth is formation of day and night. if we change the rotation of the earth the length of day and night will be effected.

Earth would fly away in space or crash into other planet etc... basically it wouldn't be in the same orbit.

We would be launched into space. End of the humans and would have to evolve all over again. If it happens you won't have to worry.
