also I have heard that they dont grow anymore once it is hard, is that true?

I don't know that there is a lot of truth to that statement. I've seen some pretty hung men that weren't african american, and I've seen some tic-tacs that WERE african american. I think men just come in all shapes and sizes, just like women :-) What do you mean, "grow anymore" when it's hard? Not sure what you're asking there...

the reason why is because of evoution af am women all was been thicker so the need for a bigger pennis to fully pennatrate they do still grow after errection depending on blood pressure
