i fail to see why you need both OS's on a server, butif you insist. then you'll have to format your drive and install XP 1st so it can boot of the 1st partition

I recommend doing a clean install. Boot from the XP cd then format your drive and install. Also backup your data before you do anything.

Go to control Panel> System>Computer Name> Network ID.

first backup all your data
then uninstall 2000
after that install win xp cd and install it
preferabbly try the professional one
