after i remove hair by cream or wax my hair grows pointed and it grows fast too...is there a way to lighten the hair that grows on the skin so that there will be no need for me to remove it...

Aside from laser hair removal there is no way that you will be able to avoid hair growth. Your primary options are: shave, dipillatory (cream) or wax. Sorry to say but you are in the same boat with millions of other women.
By the way...the more you shave the more your hair will grow.
