It’s funny you should ask. My best friend just suffered from this very thing and I’ve dealt with pinched nerves before, too.
Unfortunately, yes, it sounds as though you do. I’m not a doctor or anything, but, as I said, I’ve had them before and your symptoms sound very near it.
My advice is not to go to the doctor to find out. My friend went to the emergency room and, after tests of all sorts, they couldn’t find anything (and she left with an extremely high bill). I was the one who told her to go to the chiropractor. If it’s a pinched nerve, a chiropractor is the person you should go to. Doctors specialize in internal-medicine-type stuff, but chiropractors specialize in the vertebrae and the nervous system.
Get to a chiropractor before you spend any more money on the MDs. Chiropractors are much cheaper and much more effective!
I hope everything works out well for you.

You need a nerve conduction study. That will show if you have a pinched nerve, and where it is. It sounds like Carpal Tunnel.

Personally it may be carpal tunnel syndrome, but you should see the doctor to confirm here is more info.

less likely...
The tingles could be the result of your blood pressure, it may be that your blood circulation is bad.

check to see if you have other symtoms. and of course consult with your doctor.

If it is associated with neck pain.....probably. Instead of asking here, make an appt with your doctor.
