my godmother was born on 2/29 but i wonder why i never asked her about it..i think she celebrates her bday on 2/28...

I have a cousin that was born on the 02/29.
If you are born between midnight and 12 noon you will celbrate on the 28th. From noon until midnight it is march 1st. That's how the hospital wil record your birthday, usually.

I did heard once or twice that ppl who were born on the 29th of february only celebrate their birthdays every 4 years. Most ppl I know that were born the the 29th celebrate there birthday on the 1st of March.

People born on that day can either celebrate their birth on march 1 or february 28 or both. they get to choice whatever way they want to celebrate their birthday

They usually pick the 28 or March 1 which is what I would do. But ever leap year that have a big party.
