I'm unaware of any actual classroom style training given on that software. Your best bet is to check out a book at your local library. Just about every llibrary or even a book store will carry a book on photoshop. Not sure if they have cs5 level released, but as long as it's cs3 or up, it will cover what you need overall. You can also get visual tutorials on youtube as well. There are also websites and forums for photoshop where you can get tutorials, advice and other help on it. Just have to do some searching for the sites.
