My first language is not English, but I started learning English when I was 3 yrs old. What really helped me that we had teachers who were native English speakers. We read books in English, watched movies in English and listened to songs in English. Practice speaking English with other poeple and now I'm perfect in English. Practice makes perfect. Good Luck.

Practise the right use of grammar. Most bookstores should supply all the English-speaking tutorials you need. A dictionary that translates your native language into English also helps.
