How can i find a job in singapore on a tourist visa?

i m 24 yr old graduate guy from india,i have 2 yrs work experience in indian stock market ,i m planing for going singapore on a tourist visa and find there a job,would it be an easy task,plz guide me that how to a job there,

You can't. Work permits are not issued to holders of a tourist visa. However, you can submit an application to have the tourist visa changed. Got to start there.
