Sounds like your CS Bureau isn't doing their job. I don't think you will find anything for free. I would just pay.

Those sites won't work if the person doesn't have anything in their name like a vehicle, phone, etc. If he doesn't have money to pay child support ... or just hiding; working for cash, living w/ roomate - you'll have a hard time finding him. But it's a small world, -- you gotta get the word out. SOMEONE you/he knows knows where he lives/works.(you have to have an actual place to serve him the papers). I'm sure you don't have the money for the search site and a private detective would need a SS#, and again, if someone doesn't want to be found ... Anyhow, the back support would only come to you in little checks, as he can pay - depending on his income (if the child is under 18, you won't even see extra - it still goes by what they can pay; you'll just keep getting the little checks after the child(ren) turns 18). Unless maybe if he got something back on his taxes, something like that. My bet he doesn't file taxes etc. Be patient, eventually he'll do something that'll put him on the map; like have another kid! If he breaks up w/ another mom and she gets him before it's to late ... Shamefully that's your best bet.

I have to agree to all of these answers but I will also caution you not to expect too much from any source.
The courts will send him to jail but will not get you the money. My ex husband owes me over $40,000 since my children are now grown with their own families the courts will not do a thing for me. They never did. He was put in jail once for a year but once he got out nothing more was ever done and it took me years to get to that point - over 10 years I am afraid to say and guess what? He still has not paid me one single dime.
I wish you luck my friend - but do not expect miracles. Remember the courts are run by the governments and they tend to like people with a lot of money and not dead beat parents. They figure welfare will deal with that and are not much help for women trying to make ends meet without that help from those loser men. Although today there are a growing number of loser women in the same boat.
I spent a lifetime trying to get my support - he left when our youngest was 5 weeks old and our daughter was 3 - NOT A DIME.
Again Good Luck

Why isn't the state you live in handling this. The law is clear that the states have to have a plan in place for collecting. Contact your child support division in the state you live in and provide them with his info and it's their responsibility to track him down. You should also be getting every dime of his Federal tax refund if he has one coming. Don't sit on your hands, put him where he belongs.

Not all local child support programs help to help you. They always help themselves. 10% interest on back child support that you don't get. That's bull. Try some of those other sites people have posted to ur question and GOOD LUCK!

Oh the forever dead beat DAD......You have his name, you have his SS#. Do you know where the Deadbeat lives?
Get yourself down to your local District Attorney's office and report him. He can go sit in jail for awhile and have the courts mandate an order of compliance if you have a granted petition from a divorce or paternity suit on file.
Notify the IRS and STATE send copies of your decree to them. If you know where he works the DA can put a notice of withholding on the deadbeats employer and support will be automatically withdrawn and fowarded to you.
Why on earth did you let him get away with non-payment to the tune of $57,600.00? That's enough to provide a college education for one of y our children!!

or get in touch with local child support group and let them track him down. If he don't pay they cancel driver licenses, confiscated income tax checks and give the money to you. They are all types of ways to get your money where you don't have to spend money. If these don't help let me know and I can give you more and many agencies that will help..........Good Luck.

Um, report him to the government. That's enough money to be considered a most wanted. If you haven't reported him, you can get into huge trouble yourself.

I have seen an add on TV about collecting back child support.
I would suggest you go online and look under things like.
...help get chld support, behind in child support, finding the man who owes me child support.
I just found one now http://www.jesbeard.com/3b.htm
double click on that and it will take you to that site. Just keep looking on line. Don't give up.
