my bfs seminal fluid is clear like water, and not milky white like it should be. is there something wrong with him or is it just normal? does it mean that he doesn't have sperms?

ITS normal babes ur bf must have drank alot of water thats y it must have come out semi fluid like water .its normal if u want him to produce milky sperms (the colour depends on what type of food he eats )it can also be yellow ,green ,pink etc. ur mans damn perfect
even 1 drops enough to make u pregnent if it goes in ur vigina.

before he releases sperms he ejaculates, and then he ejaculates again. the first one is clear, the second one must be whitish. sperms are white. you have to tell me you are worried and to seek a doctor

Maybe its just the initial ejaculation. There should be a next, stronger one which ejaculates white semen
