Well I will say this. When you have something in your heart and thats how you live then it's kind of hard to be asked a question and tell don't tell how you truly make it. I'm a christian. And I know that sometimes people don't understand God and his word. So, I try to answer questions so that the person could understand it from their point of view. But I don't have to state my love for God in every answer...only when it is appropiate. But sometimes you can't help but to spread the good news. But in church we have what you call Bible Bullies. They are these people that answer or respond to all the questions you ask a in Bible Study. They are pushy people. But the thing is it's better to talk about him all the time then to not talk about him none of the time.

In respect to the "bible thumpers" as you put it, I have to disagree. I am a non-practising catholic, but everyone has the right to freedom of speech, however, if they have nothing but slanderous, bitchy, homophobic or nasty comments to post, they I would have to agree. They cannot be stopped from answering questions, but they should NOT bring god into it, unless he himself is answering the question. But wouldn't it be easier for the site to automatically detect when someone writes nasty comments like it does with swear words.
The other thing that annoys me within this category, is the people who answer the questions on gay, lesbian and transgendered lifestyles, that know nothing about it but just want to either post a nasty and sometimes offensive comments or just to get the 2 points.
If they have nothing helpful to say - they should keep it shut, simple as.

But sweetie, this is exactly what they want!!! They are getting the attention that they crave and in the process getting a rise out of a really large handful of OUR FAMILY!!! Yes, it pisses me off to no end as well. But I guess I just look at as how utterly sad and pathetic we've become as a society when folks no longer teach their kids respect. It's an unending cycle of disrespect for everyone. This parent allows their kid to be disrespectful in their childhood and youth and then that kid grows up and raises their kids the same way and on and on and on. Respect is the key. NO ONE HAS TO AGREE WITH THE GAY LIFESTYLE. But at least have respect from one human to the next to "BE YE KIND ONE TO ANOTHER!!!!"

Okay, I'm going to Heaven so it doesn't matter. Be gay as you wish but there are a lot of consequences in your life now and afterlife. Be gay all you want it does not affect me or anyone else in anyway besides getting Christians, Catholics, Muslims, and other people who aren't gay grossed out. Hey I don't hate gay people nor do I hate you but I'm trying my best to get people to Heaven since this world is full of murders, rapists, racists, and molesters (which are worst compared to gay people) I just want a place where there is peace. Maybe Heaven is that place, wait it is!

Indeed. They are not representative of Christians, they are fascists seeking domination through their own "righteousness."
One has to wonder if they even read the book.
You can report them as abusers. Pick a category and offer an explanation of their abuse in the text box.

Naughty!
Leave the Serious God Squad alone. Although the more deluded fundamental Evangelical ones are a pain in the @rse (pun intended) they do mean well "to bring us to salvation and the light and love of God"(as they see it).
Besides, some of my best work has been when replying to their tirades.

spread the good word of the Lord to a willing audience, we are NOT willing to listen to it so please do not force it upon us!
however, us gays might be fighting a losing battle as it seems "resistance is futile" ,they even push their way into the LGBTQ section! this is just crazy...
however, they do provide us with sources of entertainment, without them we might not feel as passionate about gayhood cuz when they are around, we feel the need to stand up for ourselves and thus resulting us to be "out and proud"
but back to the question! LONG LIVE ABUSE BUTTONS!!!!!!!!!
gays around the world,UNITE!

I'm sorry that my fellow Christians treat you poorly. Please don't call us Bible thumpers, though. I do wish that they would make some sort of attempt to educated themselves. It certainly isn't a Christian way to act, is it?
