How to clear my recent documents ?

Sometimes after watching stuffs....anyone can come to know what Ive done ...How to erase that?

Right click on Status bar and choice Properties click on Start Menu tab and click on Customize button and then click Clear List button

Start -> Settings-> Taskbar & Start Menu

Select Advanced Tab
Now Click on Clear Button which will clear recently used documents.

set your to show the hidden files and folders. This can be done by selecting the radio button from the folder which say show hidden and system folders. say ok.

You will find this menu under tools in XP and under View menu in lower os.

go to the drive where you installed your operating system
open Documents and Setting\userarea(like administrator or all users)\ recent Documents or recent will be there.

This folder holds the short cut for all the recent documents you delete this.Recent list is gone. :-)

If you've your windows installed in C:\, you can access Recent documents here...
C:\Documents and Settings\. Make sure that hidden folders are visible. You would be able to see the folder My Recent Documents. Clearing the contents will do.

Just right-click on the documents and click..clear from list

right click .......n........ delete......if u do dis...ur actual document will not get deleted......but will be deleted frm d list...........
